Good place to eat. love there roast beef and potatoes. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Good breakfast place also

The service is awesome, but the kitchen is a bit inconsistent. Last time I went in my hamburger was extremely oversalted. They have a great green chile sauce that I go in there specifically to get though.

The food is good, the service most of the time is great, very family friendly.

The general service was poor, in the they did not keep my coffee full and the waitress was very cold and not friendly. They did not check up on me and the food and how it was. Also, the coffee was weak.

Great breakfast spot! Their home fries are fresh, never frozen and are freaking amazing! I was told their onion rings are fresh made for each order! I couldn't recommend a place more highly.

Brought the old lady here after a camping trip in telluride. We were just trying to find some breakfast along the way home and were happy to stumble upon this place. We could see it from the main road so it was easy to get to. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and checked up on us regularly. The food wasn't to die for, but it was solid. It tasted good and kept us full! We will probably be back next time we drive through the area.

Had the French toast and it was great. I plan on going back soon

Terrible, the first time I ate here I got food to go and opened the carton to a cold soggy mess. I gave it a second try ordering the party melt and I got a hockey puck on wheat bread with what might have been cheese and no onion.

Great service and food for breakfast. Want to go back to have lunch. 🤠

Great place for breakfast,family owned and operated. Friendly service, inexpensive and good. Didn't have to wait to be seated.

First time here and had a good expierence. Nice, clean, relaxing place, staff was on top of it, food was awesome, no complaints what so ever.

You get more food than you could possibly eat and it's great. But it's NOT fast, because it's made to order so , depending on what you order, it may take a bit. BUT it is definitely worth the the wait! The menu is HUGE so it took me a bit to decide, but I ordered the Spanish Omlette with homemade salsa and it was FANTASTIC. I hoghly recommend you try this place!

The food was good, except for the iced tea. Tasted like it was brewed in a coffee maker...did not taste good at all. Very expensive for a basic cafe. A lot of variety on the menu, too choose from but overall, think it's too pricey for what is offered.

First time to eat there for us. Food was good, generous serving, we shared a meal & was more then we could eat, price really reasonable, service was excellent.

Been here a few times now and have had a great experience each time. Food is good and plenty. Wait staff is attentive without being annoying. Small cafe so you are not forgotten.

Labor Day...place was busy. Service was Very slow. Waitresses had too many tables each. (Poor Management) They were trying! Food was good.

We went here on a whim for breakfast, and we were pleasantly surprised with the homemade quality of food here. My husband and I had the corned beef hash skillet, and our daughter had the chicken-fried steak breakfast. All were excellent in quality as well as they all tasted great. Our server was attentive and met all if our requests with a smile. I highly recommend this little restaurant and will definitely be back again.

Cool local place. Good for bfast. Never had to wait. Plenty of coffee. Food is prepared well and without much wait. Nice location too.

All the servers are friendly and have high standards regarding the quality of the food they serve. The price of food is very competitive for portions. The facility is well maintained.

I am Steve's wife. This is a nice little place to eat. Our waitress was very friendly. I go to work very early in the morning so technically, my lunch is everyone else's breakfast. I like that it serves a lunch menu anytime. There are not too many places, in town, that serve lunch before 10 a.m.I got the sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. They also served a cup of chicken and rice soup which was very delicious before my meal. Steve got the chicken fried steak for breakfast. We were very happy to see that the meat portions were a very good size. The prices are reasonable. I will go here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Decent food nothing that really stands out. Service is hit and miss. But it is a good place to meet a friend and have a good breakfast or lunch. Lunches are about 7.00 to 12.00 so average prices.

Stay away from the corned beef "hash" it's not hash, more like gristly chunks of corned beef that will leave you feeling like a cow with a sore jaw.

Very disappointed with taste and quality of the food; first time & last visit. I ordered a basic easy breakfast, the bacon was tasteless, the sausage was overcooked even the eggs were unremarkable, the pancakes were decent. My husband's corned beef was tough and un-chewable. Sat. am was busy, 10 minute wait, tables un-bussed, service okay. Restaurant didn't feel well-run or clean. The layout of restaurant doesn't make sense. A lot of people seem to go there.

Have been here a few times. Always get hot food in a decent amount of time. You get large portions for the price and the fries are homemade.

Waited 15 minutes to even be greeted. My daughter waited 20 minutes for her drink while my mother and i had ours. As she was waiting for her drink, i watched our waitress sit down, take her shoe off and adjust her sock and did not wash her hands. Finally, my daughter got her drink but we sat there for 45 minutes watching everyone else, who was seated after us, get there food. Not impressed at all.

Service was excellent and food was excellent. The green chili was very tasty and spicy, but not too hot. We would recommend and certainly go back to try their extensive breakfast menu.

The food here is AMAZING!! It is all really reasonably priced, huge portions, with breakfast and lunch served all day, they are open in the am until 3pm. The only reason is the majority of the time the service seems bad. Today we had a wonderful lady waitress, and she checked on us and had polite manners/caring . Most the time this place is so busy and full you are lucky to get to see your waiter or waitress at all. Recommended times to go is around 10 in the week and after 12 . On the weekend go early or in the afternoon! Great addition to Montrose!

Went and had breakfast Friday morning around 8:45. Not too crowded at all. Wait staff was friendly and prompt. Got the California skillet. Excellent. Everyone in our group enjoyed their breakfast. As others have said, portions are large. Definitely will be back

We were seated and left there. No greetings, server, nothing. We got up and left after about 15 min. Terrible service, don't know about the food.

Food looked great. Not bad until I thought I was chewing on grisly chicken fried steak and found out it was, what looked like, a long piece of plastic 🤢. I let them know so it wouldn't happen to anyone else, but they didn't care. Just shrugged.

First time here, Was greeted rudely, steak was chewy, steak knife was dull to where I couldn't cut the steak, eggs were not cooked right, french toast tasted awful and thin, sat here for 1 hr to eat ...no coffee refill ever!!!!!! Coffee went cold. waitress seemed more in tuned with others. I was a waitress for 10 years...this was horrible.
